À propos du poste Carrus est à la recherche d'un(e) représentant(e) du service à la clientèle – Niveau 1 pour se joindre à notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez la première ligne de soutien pour nos clients, les aidant à tirer le meilleur parti de nos produits et services tout en assurant une expérience fluide et réactive à chaque point de contact.

Principales responsabilités

  • Fournir de l'assistance, de l'information et du soutien aux clients concernant les produits ou services de l'entreprise
  • Répondre aux demandes, résoudre les problèmes et assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle grâce à une communication efficace et à des compétences en résolution de problèmes
  • Gérer les appels entrants, les courriels ou les demandes par clavardage
  • Tenir des dossiers précis des interactions avec les clients
  • Diriger les demandes non résolues vers les départements désignés pour une enquête plus approfondie (escalade)
  • Contacter les clients pour répondre à leurs demandes ou pour les informer des résultats d'enquête, des solutions ou des correctifs prévus
  • Effectuer des appels sortants périodiques afin de maintenir les relations avec la clientèle et de tenir à jour les informations des clients dans le CRM
  • Obtenir et examiner toutes les informations pertinentes pour évaluer la validité des plaintes et déterminer les causes possibles et les solutions
  • Effectuer des interventions de soutien à distance auprès des clients, couvrant à la fois les aspects matériels et logiciels des produits de l'entreprise
  • Offrir de la formation aux clients sur les produits de l'entreprise
  • Participer au processus d'intégration des nouveaux clients, y compris l'évaluation des besoins, la configuration des logiciels, la manipulation/l'importation de données, la formation et le soutien à l'intégration
  • Analyser et mettre à jour les données des clients selon les demandes, via des scripts de base de données, l'importation/exportation de fichiers (Excel/CSV), des plateformes d'IA ou d'autres outils au besoin

  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication, tant à l'interne qu'avec les clients
  • Connaissance des principes comptables et/ou volonté d'apprendre ces compétences
  • Connaissances en soutien informatique dans un environnement Windows et/ou volonté d'apprendre
  • Capacité et volonté d'être présent(e) sur place chez les clients lors de formations et d'autres événements

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'études professionnelles en soutien informatique ou tout autre diplôme d'études secondaires ou collégiales équivalent
  • Deux (2) ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle dans un centre d'appels et dans un rôle de soutien applicatif
  • Expérience dans des rôles en contact avec la clientèle, comme la formation des utilisateurs
  • Expérience en comptabilité, un atout
  • Expérience dans l'utilisation d'outils d'IA pour la productivité et l'analyse, un atout
  • Expérience dans l'industrie de l'après-vente automobile, un atout
  • Expérience de participation à des projets d'intégration ou de mise en œuvre de logiciels, un atout

About the Role Carrus is looking for a Customer Service Representative – Level 1 to join our team. In this role, you'll be the frontline of support for our customers, helping them get the most out of our products and services while ensuring a smooth, responsive experience at every touchpoint.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance, information, and support to customers regarding the company's products or services
  • Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Refer unresolved customer requests to designated departments for further investigation (escalation)
  • Contact customers to respond to requests or to notify them of investigation results, solutions, or planned corrections
  • Perform periodic outbound calls to maintain client relationships and keep client information up to date in the CRM
  • Obtain and examine relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and determine possible causes and resolutions
  • Perform remote support interventions with clients, covering both hardware and software aspects of the company's products
  • Provide training for customers on the company's products
  • Participate in the new client onboarding process, including needs assessment, software configuration, data manipulation/import, training, and onboarding support
  • Analyze and update client data as requested, via database scripts, file import/export (Excel/CSV), AI platforms, or other tools as required
  • Other related tasks

  • Ability and willingness to be on-site at client locations during training and other events

Qualifications

  • Professional education diploma in IT support, or an equivalent high school or college diploma
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience in a call center and application support role
  • Experience in client-facing roles such as user training
  • Experience in accounting is an asset
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity and analysis is an asset
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is an asset
  • Experience participating in software onboarding or implementation projects is an asset
