Sobre el proyecto

Una marca europea especializada en cosmética y cuidado íntimo busca representantes locales independientes para desarrollar su presencia en distintos países de América Latina.

La marca ofrece productos de cuidado íntimo, geles, lubricantes y velas de masaje, con una imagen elegante, moderna e inclusiva. Su propuesta no incluye accesorios ni juguetes sexuales.

Buscamos una persona que combine habilidades comerciales, creación de contenido y gestión de redes sociales para impulsar el reconocimiento de la marca, contribuir a las ventas online y construir una comunidad local.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar las cuentas oficiales de Instagram, TikTok y Facebook correspondientes al país.
  • Crear y publicar contenido adaptado al idioma, la cultura y los intereses del público local.
  • Desarrollar acciones de marketing y comunicación que contribuyan a las ventas online.
  • Identificar, contactar e incorporar micro-influencers locales con comunidades de entre 10.000 y 50.000 seguidores.
  • Acompañar a la red de micro-influencers, coordinando colaboraciones y dando seguimiento a sus acciones.
  • Construir relaciones con la comunidad y representar a la marca de manera profesional.
  • Detectar tendencias y oportunidades comerciales en el mercado local.
  • Dar seguimiento al desempeño de los contenidos, las colaboraciones y las acciones comerciales, proponiendo mejoras.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de la marca el uso de materiales, herramientas y recursos publicitarios.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Residir en el país donde se representará a la marca y ser mayor de edad.
  • Dominar el idioma local y poder comunicarse en inglés o francés.
  • Contar con experiencia en ventas, marketing, gestión de redes sociales o creación de contenido.
  • Manejar Instagram, TikTok y Facebook, y tener facilidad para crear vídeos.
  • Poder colaborar bajo una modalidad de contratación independiente.
  • Tener autonomía, organización e iniciativa para desarrollar la marca en el territorio.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en cosmética, belleza, bienestar o cuidado personal.
  • Experiencia en campañas con influencers o gestión de comunidades.
  • Conocimiento del mercado local y contactos con creadores de contenido.
  • Experiencia en comercio electrónico y acciones orientadas a ventas.
