Position Overview

此職位主要協助健康食品研發工程師進行各項試驗工作，包括準備物料、按照規程操作常規儀器與設備，並如實記錄實驗數據。同時需協助維護實驗室的環境衛生，確保工作空間整潔。此外，亦需完成上司臨時交辦的其他相關工作任務。

Job Responsibilities

  1. 協助健康食品研發工程師開展各項試驗工作，負責準確量度及預備實驗所需之物料與樣本。嚴格按照標準操作規程（SOP）安全地操作及維護實驗室內之常規儀器與設備，並如實、細緻地記錄整個試驗過程的數據與觀察結果，確保資料的準確性與可追溯性。
  2. 積極協助工程師維護實驗室的日常運作，包括但不限於負責實驗室環境的日常清潔與整理，妥善管理實驗器皿的清洗、消毒及歸位，並按需要進行實驗室物料及庫存之盤點與補充，以確保研發工作能在安全、整潔、有序的環境中順利進行。
  3. 秉持積極主動的態度，高效完成團隊主管或工程師臨時交辦的相關工作任務，並與團隊成員保持良好的溝通與協作，共同推進研發項目的進度。

Requirements

  1. 本科及以上學歷，食品、藥學、中藥學相關專業。
  2. 具備良好的動手和學習能力，了解健康食品常規工藝。
  3. 愛好健康食品實驗室工作。
  4. 每週可滿足2天或以上的工作時間。
  5. 擁有香港合法工作資質.
