Ben jij een gedreven teamspeler die graag de uitdaging aangaat om nieuwe directieleden te vinden voor verschillende bedrijven in Nederland? Heb je sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden en ben je in staat om op hoog niveau te schakelen? Dan ben jij de Research Consultant waar ons team naar op zoek is!

In deze rol ben je met veel meer bezig dan alleen ‘researchen’. Je voert gesprekken met opdrachtgevers, stelt hoogwaardige functieprofielen op, voert marktonderzoek uit én voert interviews uit met potentiële kandidaten.

Over ons

Het Executive Search team van Quaestus is een groeiend en hecht team. Ons team opereert professioneel en informeel, waarbij we elkaar naadloos weten te vinden. Samen zijn we verantwoordelijk voor het zoeken naar en benaderen van kandidaten voor vacatures op directieniveau en bestuurdersposities. Onze procedures zijn afwisselend en complex, en we streven altijd naar kwalitatief hoogwaardig werk.

Hoe ziet je week eruit?

Natuurlijk beginnen we de dag met een goede kop koffie. Thuis óf op ons kantoor in Den Bosch. Een beetje afhankelijk van hoe je agenda er die dag uitziet. ’s Ochtends heb je samen met 2 collega’s een afspraak voor een intakegesprek bij een nieuwe opdrachtgever. Er staat een vacature open voor een nieuwe CEO, waar ze hulp bij nodig hebben. Aangezien het altijd om belangrijke posities binnen een organisatie gaat, willen we het bedrijf zo goed mogelijk leren kennen en willen we ook het functieprofiel tot in de details begrijpen. Wat voor type leider zoeken ze? Wat is de bedrijfscultuur? Wat voor competenties zijn vereist en hoe ziet de rest van de directie eruit?

’s Middags ga je meteen aan de slag met het functieprofiel. Je schrijft een vacaturetekst (eventueel met behulp van A.I. tools) die aansluit op de doelgroep en publiceert deze op onze kanalen. De dagen erna volgt een uitgebreid marktonderzoek. Wat zijn vergelijkbare bedrijven en werken daar potentiële kandidaten? Welke personen binnen ons eigen netwerk zijn interessant om te benaderen? Het benaderen van kandidaten doe je vervolgens via bijvoorbeeld LinkedIn. Ook beoordeel je binnenkomende sollicitaties.

Aan het einde van de week staan al de eerste kennismakingsgesprekken gepland. Meestal gebeurt dit via een online meeting. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor deze eerste screening, en weet de juiste vragen te stellen om te beoordelen of de kandidaat geschikt zou kunnen zijn. Zo ja? Dan zal er een vervolggesprek worden gepland de Consultant die bij deze procedure betrokken is. Uiteraard blijf je tijdens het gehele proces betrokken om uiteindelijk de beste kandidaat te vinden. En lukt dat? Dan vieren we tijdens de vrijmibo heel graag dit soort successen samen!

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden samengevat:

  • Functieprofielen samenstellen
  • Marktonderzoek uitvoeren
  • Potentiële kandidaten benaderen
  • Kennismakingsgesprekken voeren
  • Eerste screening van kandidaten

Wat wij vragen:

  • Afgeronde HBO of Universitaire opleiding;
  • Ervaring binnen het recruitment/HR-vak is een pré;
  • Ervaring in projectmatig werken;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en conceptueel vermogen;
  • Sterke communicatieve eigenschappen;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
