About the role

As a Reservations Manager, you will lead the Reservations team, ensuring every guest interaction begins with seamless, professional, and personalized booking experience. Combining leadership, commercial awareness, and operational excellence, you will oversee reservation processes, optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities, and maintain the highest service standards across our hotels.

Working closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and Hotel Operations teams, you will play a key role in driving business performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations team to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental objectives
  • Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards
  • Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking pace in collaboration with Revenue Management
  • Maximize room revenue through effective inventory control, upselling strategies, and rate optimization
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, Revenue Management, and Hotel Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Manage group reservations, allotments, and special requests while ensuring operational readiness
  • Monitor reservation systems, distribution channels, and booking platforms to ensure data accuracy
  • Analyze reservation trends, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Handle complex guest requests, escalations, and reservation-related issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and quality standards

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a Reservations Supervisor or Reservations Manager role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Possesses strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Has experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, CRS, and MS Office
  • Understands revenue management principles and hotel distribution channels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Works collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Has an excellent command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset
