For our hotels in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, we are looking for:

Reservations Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Entering and managing reservations, including creating guest profiles and ensuring the accuracy of all relevant information.
  • Managing reservation deposits and payments in accordance with agreed terms, in cooperation with the relevant departments.
  • Collaborating with the hotel departments to handle guest requests and complaints, as well as last-minute reservations.
  • Preparing and sending offers based on guest requirements and availability.
  • Communicating with guests and providing prompt and effective service.
  • Supervising and supporting other team members, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
  • Managing the department’s incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Familiarity with reservation software and computer systems.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • Team spirit and creativity.
  • Professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Passion for Excellence.
