Atualmente, estamos a recrutar um Responsável de Oficina para a zona de Lisboa.

Missão: Ser o Exemplo em Movimento

Procuramos o "braço direito" do nosso Area Manager. Não queremos apenas um gestor de números, mas um líder presente, um coache um mestre da organização. Será a pessoa que traduz a estratégia em realidade na oficina, garantindo que cada oficina da zona opera com a máxima eficiência e qualidade.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Liderança de Proximidade: Apoiar os Diretores de Oficina na gestão diária, servindo como mentor e coach para o desenvolvimento das equipas.
  • Guardião dos Procedimentos: Garantir que os "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOP) do Grupo são implementados e respeitados rigorosamente em todas as oficinas.
  • Análise de KPI's: Ler e interpretar os indicadores de performance (rentabilidade, produtividade, satisfação cliente), transformando dados em planos de ação imediatos.
  • Otimização Operacional: Identificar falhas de processo nas oficinas e propor medidas estratégicas para maximizar a rentabilidade e organização.

Requirements

  • Experiência no Setor: Conhecimentos de mecânica/mecatrónica.
  • Mindset de Líder-Coach: Paixão por fazer crescer pessoas e transmitir conhecimento.
  • Capacidade Analítica: Conforto com números, objetivos e ferramentas informáticas.
  • Resiliência e Adaptação: Elevada capacidade de planeamento, mas agilidade para ajustar o plano conforme as necessidades das oficinas.
  • Mobilidade: Disponibilidade para deslocações frequentes entre as oficinas da rede sob a sua responsabilidade.
