The posting

Per la Holding di un affermato Gruppo sito in zona Brescia Sud siamo alla ricerca di un/a Responsabile Acquisti.

La realtà cliente è attiva nel settore metalmeccanico da oltre 50 anni e conta due stabilimenti situati in provincia di Brescia, con un totale di circa 200 dipendenti. Il Gruppo presenta inoltre sedi produttive controllate situate sia in Italia che in Europa.

La risorsa, a diretto riporto della Direzione, sarà Responsabile Acquisti delle due aziende del Gruppo e coordinerà due figure, un Buyer e una figura operativa. Si occuperà principalmente di:

  • Analisi del mercato e dei prezzi di materie prime e merci, con definizione delle strategie di ottimizzazione dei costi;
  • Ricerca, selezione e monitoraggio dei fornitori, garantendo il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo e il rispetto delle certificazioni di prodotto e processo;
  • Gestione delle trattative e dei contratti di acquisto (prezzi, pagamenti, consegne), in allineamento con Ufficio Tecnico e Produzione;
  • Coordinamento del processo di gestione degli ordini, dei reclami e delle scorte di magazzino, riducendole al minimo in collaborazione con la Direzione di Produzione;
  • Organizzazione delle attività legate all’acquisto di materiale di consumo, beni d’investimento e contratti di servizio e manutenzione;
  • Supervisione degli inventari delle aziende del Gruppo e valorizzazione delle giacenze, in raccordo con Direzione Amministrativa, capi reparto e Direzione di Produzione;
  • Reportistica periodica alla Direzione e proposta di strategie di acquisto alternative;
  • Definizione, in sinergia con la Direzione Aziendale, di aree di miglioramento e azioni correttive da introdurre, nell’ottica di ottimizzare ed efficientare i processi di approvvigionamento e le strategie di Gruppo.

Requirements

Requisiti richiesti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in contesti manifatturieri-metalmeccanici, mediamente strutturati;
  • Capacità negoziali e di analisi, e orientamento al miglioramento continuo;
  • Attitudine a ruoli che prevedano il coordinamento di attività e risorse.
