Ali Professional ricerca per conto di una importante realtà operante nella Grande Distribuzione Specializzata un/a Responsabile AFC . La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno di un contesto dinamico e con una rete retail commerciale ampia in una fase strategica di riorganizzazione e digitalizzazione dei processi.

L'azienda ha avviato un ambizioso progetto di internalizzazione della funzione Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo (AFC). Il candidato selezionato avrà l'opportunità di partecipare attivamente a questa transizione, assumendo progressivamente la responsabilità della funzione e puntando alla futura nomina come CFO Operativo / Direttore AFC.

Requirements

Principali responsabilità operative:

  • Gestione della contabilità generale, supervisione del ciclo attivo e passivo e adempimenti fiscali periodici.
  • Supporto nel monitoraggio della liquidità e dei flussi finanziari di Gruppo.
  • Collaborazione alla redazione dei bilanci d’esercizio e della reportistica per i punti vendita.
  • Partecipazione attiva all’implementazione dei moduli amministrativi e gestionali dell’ERP Odoo.
  • Progressivo coordinamento dei flussi amministrativi tra i diversi punti vendita e la sede centrale.
  • Internalizzazione: progressivo rientro delle attività oggi esternalizzate

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Comprovata esperienza (3-5 anni) maturata in uffici amministrativi, preferibilmente all'interno di contesti retail o realtà aziendali complesse.
  • Solida conoscenza della contabilità nazionale e degli adempimenti IVA e fiscali.
  • Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Excel.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali ERP Passepartout e Odoo
  • Attitudine alla costruzione di processi organizzativi e capacità di analisi del dato.
  • Interazione diretta con Direzione, banche e consulenti
  • Orientamento alla crescita professionale e alla gestione di crescenti livelli di responsabilità.
