Ali Professional è alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile Commerciale per una realtà strutturata nel settore dei servizi ambito facility, con l'obiettivo di consolidare e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti e guidare la crescita commerciale dell'azienda.

La persona avrà la responsabilità di coordinare un team di 6 persone che si occupa di back office tecnico e preventivazione commerciale, sviluppando nuove opportunità di business e valorizzando il portafoglio esistente attraverso attività di cross selling e up selling sui diversi servizi offerti.

La responsabilità

  • Coordinare e sviluppare le attività commerciali, definendo obiettivi, priorità e KPI.
  • Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti, individuando opportunità di crescita e fidelizzazione.
  • Sviluppare attività di cross selling e up selling sui servizi aziendali.
  • Sviluppare il business nel settore Cleaning, attraverso l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti e nuove commesse.
  • Identificare nuove opportunità commerciali e ampliare il mercato di riferimento.
  • Gestire le principali trattative commerciali in collaborazione con il CEO.
  • Monitorare andamento, marginalità e risultati attraverso KPI commerciali.
  • Promuovere una cultura commerciale orientata alla crescita, alla qualità del servizio e alla fidelizzazione del cliente.

Requirements

La persona ideale possiede:

  • esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo di clienti;
  • esperienza nella vendita di servizi, preferibilmente Cleaning/Facility;
  • capacità di sviluppare nuovo business e cross selling;
  • esperienza nella gestione di trattative;
  • capacità di coordinamento e sviluppo di un team commerciale;
  • forte orientamento al risultato e agli obiettivi;
  • capacità di lavorare a stretto contatto con il CEO e con il management.
