ALI Professional è divisione specializzata di ALI S.p.A. nella ricerca e selezione di profili qualificati. Per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore metalmeccanico/carpenteria nella zona del Portogruarese, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:

Responsabile del Reparto Saldatura

Il reparto, composto da circa 20 risorse, è focalizzato su lavorazioni di alta qualità su ferro, inox e alluminio (in particolare: 12 operatori MIG ferro, 7 operatori TIG inox, 1 operatore MIG alluminio).

Cerchiamo una figura con esperienza concreta nella gestione di reparti di saldatura e carpenteria, capace di assumersi la piena responsabilità del lavoro e delle persone, garantendo una presenza quotidiana e forte sul campo.

Obiettivo del Ruolo

Gestire il reparto in autonomia, traducendo il programma produttivo e le scadenze concordate con la programmazione in un’organizzazione efficace delle attività, assicurando l'avanzamento delle commesse, gli standard qualitativi e il rispetto puntuale delle consegne.

Responsabilità Principali

  • Organizzazione operativa: Pianificare il lavoro quotidiano, assegnando risorse e personale alle diverse attività.
  • Controllo avanzamento: Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle commesse, intervenendo tempestivamente su ritardi, imprevisti e criticità di produzione.
  • People management: Gestire il gruppo di lavoro (presenze, copertura delle attività, comportamenti, gestione e risoluzione dei conflitti, crescita delle competenze).
  • Supporto tecnico: Affiancare e supportare tecnicamente gli operatori, risolvendo problematiche di saldatura e confrontandosi con l'ufficio tecnico quando necessario.
  • Logistica e materiali: Coordinare la disponibilità e la preparazione di materiali, attrezzature e postazioni in sinergia con il reparto logistico.
  • Pianificazione: Mantenere un canale di comunicazione chiaro e costante con la programmazione, segnalando per tempo eventuali rischi e proponendo soluzioni correttive.
  • Sicurezza e 5S: Promuovere e mantenere ordine, pulizia, sicurezza e miglioramento continuo all'interno del reparto.

Requirements

  • Esperienza: Consolidata esperienza pregressa nella conduzione di un reparto di saldatura o carpenteria metallica, preferibilmente di dimensioni analoghe.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Solida conoscenza dei processi di saldatura (MIG/TIG) su differenti materiali (ferro, inox, alluminio) e ottima capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico.
  • Leadership e Soft Skills: Dimprovata capacità di organizzare il lavoro e coordinare le persone, autorevolezza sul campo, equilibrio relazionale e spiccata capacità decisionale.
  • Attitudine: Propensione a delegare, responsabilizzare e sviluppare il team, unita a un approccio pratico (problem solving) e forte orientamento ai tempi e alla qualità.
