Il ruolo

Sarai il punto di riferimento del reparto cucina, guidando la brigata con competenza, leadership e spirito di collaborazione. Ti occuperai di garantire il corretto svolgimento del servizio di cucina, assicurando il rispetto degli standard aziendali e offrendo ai clienti un'esperienza di qualità.

Avrai inoltre la responsabilità di organizzare e coordinare i turni di lavoro del team, monitorare i principali KPI di reparto e promuovere un ambiente di lavoro efficiente, motivante e orientato al miglioramento continuo.

Attività principali

  • Coordinare e supervisionare le attività operative della cucina;
  • Garantire la corretta preparazione e cottura delle pietanze nel rispetto del ricettario aziendale;
  • Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure igienico-sanitarie e delle normative HACCP;
  • Organizzare il lavoro del team cucina, supportandone la crescita e lo sviluppo professionale;
  • Monitorare gli standard qualitativi del servizio e del prodotto;
  • Collaborare con il Direttore del ristorante e con il team per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici e gestionali del locale;
  • Verificare il corretto svolgimento delle attività del reparto e il rispetto delle procedure operative.

Requirements

Il profilo ideale:

Cerchiamo una persona capace di guidare il team con competenza e spirito di collaborazione, assicurando il corretto svolgimento del servizio, il rispetto degli standard aziendali e un'esperienza di qualità per i nostri clienti.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza nel settore: un percorso significativo già maturato in cucina, preferibilmente all'interno della ristorazione commerciale o in contesti affini;
  • Gestione del personale: esperienza pregressa nel coordinamento, nell'organizzazione e nella guida di un gruppo di lavoro;
  • Conoscenza operativa: familiarità con le dinamiche quotidiane di una cucina organizzata e basata su standard operativi;
  • Capacità organizzative: attitudine alla pianificazione delle attività e alla corretta gestione dei flussi di lavoro;
  • Orientamento al risultato: focus sulla qualità del prodotto, sull'efficienza del reparto e sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi condivisi;
  • Spirito di squadra: predisposizione a lavorare in sinergia con il team e a valorizzare la collaborazione tra colleghi.

Cosa offriamo:

  • Contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato
  • Contratto full time 40 ore settimanali, 5 giorni di lavoro su 7, 2 giorni di riposo.
  • Turni a rotazione dal lunedì alla domenica, inclusi weekend e festivi
  • Prevista una fase iniziale di formazione pre-apertura: durante questo periodo saranno forniti vitto e alloggio presso uno dei nostri locali Pizzikotto.
  • III - IV Livello, CCNL Pubblici Esercizi, Ristorazione Collettiva, Commerciale e Turismo, sulla base del ruolo, dell’inquadramento e dell’esperienza rilevante, secondo criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere.
