Di cosa ti occuperai?

Potrai essere la figura imprenditoriale sul territorio di riferimento, stimolando il tuo team alla crescita e allo sviluppo, provando soddisfazione nel guidare la tua filiale al successo.

Nello specifico:

  • Analizzerai il mercato assegnato progettando piani di azione al fine di promuovere il multi-business e il cross-selling dei servizi HR aziendali
  • Organizzerai e definirai le priorità individuali e di team per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di filiale
  • Avrai l’opportunità di sviluppare e gestire direttamente la relazione con i tuoi clienti, attivi e prospect
  • Offrirai la tua consulenza HR promuovendo i servizi differenziati del Gruppo
  • Sarai un interlocutore di riferimento per i principali stakeholders territoriali

Requirements

Il tuo identikit

  • Hai esperienza pregressa in ruoli di responsabilità e commerciali presso società di servizi HR, preferibilmente in un’agenzia per il lavoro
  • Hai una conoscenza approfondita del territorio di riferimento
  • Non ti mancano capacità organizzative e di problem solving
  • Imprenditività e orientamento al risultato ti contraddistinguono
  • Hai esperienza nella gestione di un team
  • Hai sviluppato confidenza con tool gestionali e attitudine alla comunicazione efficace sui social
