The posting

Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Responsabile Manutenzione, con conoscenza approfondita dell'utilizzo del carroponte, da inserire in un contesto industriale strutturato e orientato all'innovazione. La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nel garantire l'efficienza e l'affidabilità degli impianti produttivi, coordinando il team di manutenzione, promuovendo il miglioramento continuo e assicurando il rispetto degli standard di sicurezza, qualità e performance.

Il ruolo:

  • Pianificare e supervisionare gli interventi di manutenzione, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche
  • Coordinare il team manutenzione
  • Garantire l’applicazione delle normative di sicurezza in relazione alle operazioni di intervento, e gestire i programmi di ispezioni e controlli periodici sugli impianti
  • Coordinare e supervisionare i fornitori di servizi per la manutenzione degli impianti, nel rispetto di contratti e le tempistiche
  • Negoziazione e monitoraggio degli acquisti di materiali e attrezzature necessarie per le attività di manutenzione
  • Collaborare con il manager per individuare soluzioni innovative per migliorare l’efficienza degli impianti

Requisiti:

  • Conoscenza e preferibile abilitazione all'utilizzo del carroponte, con attenzione alle procedure di sicurezza per la movimentazione dei carichi
  • Esperienza, anche breve, in ruoli di coordinamento
  • Esperienza in area manutenzione
  • Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio italiano
