Il Ruolo

Rispondendo al Vice Direttore, sarai il punto di riferimento operativo per il servizio di sala, garantendo elevati standard di accoglienza, qualità del servizio e coordinamento del personale.

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire la squadra di sala, assicurando il corretto svolgimento delle attività operative e contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del locale.

Attività principali

  • Coordinare e supervisionare il team di sala durante il servizio.
  • Garantire un'esperienza cliente eccellente, intervenendo tempestivamente nella gestione di richieste o eventuali criticità.
  • Organizzare le attività operative del personale di sala e assegnare le postazioni.
  • Verificare il rispetto degli standard aziendali di servizio, accoglienza e presentazione.
  • Supportare operativamente il team nei momenti di maggiore affluenza.
  • Gestire l'apertura e la chiusura della cassa e le operazioni amministrative correlate.
  • Collaborare con cucina e management per assicurare fluidità ed efficienza del servizio.
  • Affiancare e formare il personale neoassunto sulle procedure aziendali.
  • Monitorare ordine, pulizia e corretta preparazione della sala.

Requirements

Il Profilo Ideale

Cerchiamo una persona con leadership operativa, orientamento al cliente e capacità di gestione del team.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza consolidata nel servizio di sala e nella gestione della clientela.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di Responsabile di Sala, Capo Sala o Assistant Restaurant Manager in contesti strutturati.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e di coordinamento delle risorse.
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Capacità di lavorare in situazioni ad alta affluenza mantenendo elevati standard di servizio.
  • Buone competenze nella gestione della cassa e delle procedure di apertura e chiusura.
  • Problem solving, flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Disponibilità a turni spezzati pranzo–cena (almeno nel fine settimana)
