Per importante realtà industriale in ambito manifatturiero e lavorazione di materie prime per il settore stradale, siamo alla ricerca di un Responsabile Installazioni e impianti industriali.

Cerchiamo una figura con esperienza consolidata nella gestione di cantieri, proveniente non necessariamente dal settore stradale ma anche da contesti edili, impiantistici o industriali.

La persona sarà responsabile della pianificazione e del coordinamento delle attività di cantiere, dell'organizzazione delle squadre operative e della gestione del rapporto con il cliente durante le fasi di installazione, avviamento e assistenza degli impianti.

Dovrà garantire il corretto svolgimento delle attività, il rispetto delle tempistiche concordate, il coordinamento delle risorse coinvolte e un elevato livello di servizi verso il cliente.

Responsabilità principali

Pianificazione del cantiere: Organizzare e coordinare le attività di cantiere, pianificando l'arrivo dei componenti dell'impianto, dei mezzi di sollevamento e delle attrezzature necessarie all'installazione.

Supervisione dell'installazione: Coordinare e supervisionare le squadre operative nelle fasi di montaggio, assemblaggio e installazione dell'impianto, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche, degli standard qualitativi e delle norme di sicurezza.

Collaudo e avviamento: Gestire le attività di collaudo e messa in servizio degli impianti, verificandone il corretto funzionamento e supportando il cliente nelle fasi di avviamento.

Gestione dell'assistenza tecnica: Coordinare gli interventi di assistenza e manutenzione, assicurando una rapida risoluzione dei problemi e garantendo elevati livelli di servizio al cliente.

Relazione con il cliente e coordinamento interno: Essere il principale punto di riferimento operativo per il cliente durante tutte le fasi della commessa, coordinandosi con i diversi reparti aziendali per la gestione delle attività e la risoluzione dei problemi che emergono in cantiere.

Rendicontazione e reportistica: Curare la reportistica di cantiere, predisporre i verbali di collaudo e monitorare tempi, costi e avanzamento delle attività, fornendo alla direzione informazioni puntuali sull'andamento delle commesse.

Requirements

  • Esperienza nell'ambito della gestione dei cantieri, preferibilmente maturata in contesti industriali, impiantistici, edili o infrastrutturali.
  • Capacità di organizzare e coordinare le persone nei diversi cantieri e interventi.
  • Esperienza nella gestione dell'intero ciclo operativo del cantiere: apertura lavori, monitoraggio degli avanzamenti, collaudi finali e chiusura delle attività.
  • Capacità di indirizzare ai diversi reparti aziendali i problemi che emergono in cantiere, garantendo tempestività ed efficacia nella gestione delle soluzioni.
  • Esperienza nella gestione del rapporto con il cliente e orientamento al servizio.
  • Capacità di coordinare squadre operative multidisciplinari e fornitori esterni.
  • Buone capacità organizzative, autonomia decisionale e problem solving.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale e, se necessario, internazionale.

Competenze tecniche preferenziali

  • Conoscenza del montaggio e dell'installazione di impianti industriali.
  • Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico.
  • Familiarità con componenti meccanici, elettrici e impiantistici.
  • Conoscenza delle principali normative di sicurezza applicabili ai cantieri.
