Il Gruppo Orsero opera in tutta l’Europa mediterranea generando un fatturato di 1,7 miliardi di euro. Per il nostro magazzino di Firenze stiamo ricercando un responsabile operativo.

La persona selezionata avrà la responsabilità di coordinare le attività operative e il team di magazzino, assicurando efficienza, qualità e rispetto delle tempistiche.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Coordinare e supervisionare le attività quotidiane del magazzino, garantendo il corretto svolgimento dei flussi operativi e il rispetto delle tempistiche.
  • Assicurare il presidio operativo del magazzino e delle celle, intervenendo direttamente nella gestione delle attività e delle priorità.
  • Coordinare le attività di Controllo Qualità e Gestione Celle, garantendo il rispetto degli standard e delle procedure aziendali.
  • Prendere decisioni rapide e tempestive sotto pressione, gestendo criticità quali ritardi negli arrivi, non conformità, rotture di stock e picchi di attività non previsti.
  • Garantire un'interfaccia strutturata e costante con le funzioni Commerciale, Qualità, Trasporti e Acquisti, favorendo il coordinamento tra le diverse esigenze.
  • Gestire i rapporti operativi con le società logistiche, monitorandone il livello di servizio e assicurando il rispetto degli accordi e delle procedure.
  • Monitorare il livello di servizio delle società logistiche sia dal punto di vista operativo sia della corretta gestione delle procedure a sistema.
  • Supervisionare la gestione degli imballaggi e dei trasporti, nonché l'attribuzione e il monitoraggio dei costi accessori originati dalle attività di magazzino.
  • Monitorare le performance operative, individuando eventuali criticità e contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei processi.

Il/la Responsabile Operativo di Magazzino riporterà al Responsabile Magazzini Italia. A diretto riporto del ruolo ci saranno:

  • Vice Responsabile di Magazzino
  • Controlli Qualità
  • Addetti Sala Lavorazione
  • Cellisti

Requirements

Requisiti:

  • capacità di leadership e di coordinamento di team;
  • forte capacità organizzativa e gestione delle priorità;
  • rapidità decisionale e capacità di gestione delle situazioni di stress;
  • approccio pratico e orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi;
  • ottime capacità relazionali e di comunicazione con interlocutori diversi;
  • capacità di lavorare in modo trasversale con le diverse funzioni aziendali;
  • attenzione alla qualità, al rispetto delle procedure e al servizio;
  • capacità di analizzare le performance e individuare opportunità di miglioramento

Preferibile aver maturato esperienza nella gestione di magazzini del settore alimentare o di prodotti freschi, dove rapidità, precisione, gestione delle urgenze e rispetto delle tempistiche sono particolarmente importanti.
