Principali responsabilità

  • Pianificare e organizzare la produzione sulla base degli ordini ricevuti, delle priorità commerciali, delle disponibilità di magazzino e della capacità produttiva degli impianti.
  • Definire il programma giornaliero e settimanale di produzione, individuando quantità, formati, linee da utilizzare e sequenza dei cambi di produzione.
  • Monitorare costantemente l’andamento della produzione, verificando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi previsti in termini di quantità, tempi, qualità ed efficienza.
  • Analizzare le prestazioni delle linee, individuando fermi, rallentamenti, scarti e altre cause di inefficienza, e predisporre le necessarie azioni correttive.
  • Coordinarsi con i manutentori per pianificare gli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e straordinaria, riducendo al minimo i tempi di fermo macchina.
  • Organizzare i turni di lavoro del personale di produzione in base ai programmi, ai volumi previsti e alle competenze degli operatori.
  • Gestire assenze, sostituzioni, ferie e necessità di variazione dei turni, garantendo la continuità produttiva.
  • Coordinare e supervisionare il personale, verificando il rispetto delle procedure operative, degli standard qualitativi e delle norme di sicurezza.
  • Collaborare con il magazzino e con gli altri reparti aziendali per verificare la disponibilità di materie prime, preforme, tappi, etichette, film e materiali di confezionamento.
  • Controllare e comunicare periodicamente alla Direzione i principali indicatori di produzione: bottiglie prodotte, efficienza delle linee, ore di fermo, scarti, produttività e rispetto del programma.
  • Proporre interventi organizzativi e tecnici finalizzati ad aumentare la capacità produttiva, ridurre gli sprechi e migliorare l’efficienza complessiva dello stabilimento.
