Responsabile Reparto Orditura

Scopo della posizione

Il Responsabile Reparto Orditura garantisce la corretta pianificazione, organizzazione e supervisione delle attività di orditura, assicurando il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, dei tempi di produzione, delle norme di sicurezza e degli obiettivi di efficienza aziendale. Coordina il personale del reparto e collabora con le funzioni produttive per garantire la continuità del processo produttivo.

Principali responsabilità

  • Pianificare e coordinare le attività del reparto orditura in funzione del programma produttivo.
  • Organizzare e supervisionare il lavoro degli operatori di reparto.
  • Monitorare il corretto funzionamento delle macchine di orditura e l'efficienza produttiva.
  • Assicurare il rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti dai clienti e dall'azienda.
  • Verificare la corretta preparazione dei lotti, delle schede tecniche e delle specifiche di lavorazione.
  • Gestire le priorità produttive intervenendo tempestivamente in caso di problemi tecnici o organizzativi.
  • Collaborare con i reparti tessitura, manutenzione, qualità e programmazione della produzione.
  • Analizzare gli indicatori di performance (efficienza, produttività, scarti, fermate macchina).
  • Promuovere attività di miglioramento continuo dei processi e riduzione degli sprechi.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle procedure aziendali e delle norme di sicurezza sul lavoro.
  • Contribuire alla formazione e allo sviluppo professionale degli operatori del reparto.

Requisiti

Esperienza

  • Esperienza pluriennale in reparti produttivi del settore tessile.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di personale operativo.

Competenze tecniche

  • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di orditura.
  • Capacità di lettura e interpretazione delle schede tecniche di produzione.
  • Conoscenza delle principali tipologie di filati e delle relative caratteristiche.
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi di controllo qualità applicati al processo tessile.
  • Familiarità con sistemi gestionali e strumenti informatici di produzione.

- Orario di lavoro full time da lunedì a venerdì

- Sede di lavoro: Brunello

- Range Ral: 30.000 – 35.000
