Per conto di un’importante realtà operante nel settore delle costruzioni edili e della riqualificazione energetica, stiamo selezionando il Responsabile del Settore Riqualificazione. L’azienda è specializzata in interventi di efficientamento energetico su edifici residenziali e terziari, con focus su soluzioni sostenibili e utilizzo degli incentivi fiscali nazionali.

Cosa farai

Sarai responsabile della direzione strategica e operativa dell’intero Settore Riqualificazione, gestendo in modo autonomo e profittevole le seguenti aree:

  • Direzione completa del business unit dedicato a cappotti termici ETICS, rifacimento coperture (a falda, piana e terrazzi) e sostituzione serramenti.
  • Elaborazione ed esecuzione del piano industriale di settore, analisi di mercato e individuazione di nuove opportunità commerciali.
  • Gestione piena del P&L: budgeting, controllo costi, pricing e raggiungimento degli obiettivi di ricavo e redditività.
  • Leadership, organizzazione e sviluppo del team tecnico-operativo (Project Manager, tecnici di cantiere, squadre di installazione).
  • Supervisione della pianificazione esecutiva, coordinamento di fornitori strategici e subappaltatori.
  • Garanzia del rispetto di tempi, qualità, costi e normativa (Superbonus, Ecobonus, PNRR, D.Lgs. 81/08 sicurezza cantieri).
  • Gestione delle relazioni istituzionali con committenti, progettisti, Direzioni Lavori ed enti preposti.
  • Ottimizzazione dei processi di preventivazione, computi metrici, collaudi e pratiche per detrazioni fiscali (ENEA, asseverazioni).
  • Promozione dell’innovazione tecnologica, adozione di nuovi materiali/sistemi e miglioramento continuo della qualità.
  • Reporting periodico alla Direzione Generale su KPI di settore.

Requirements

  • Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria Edile, Architettura, Ingegneria Civile o titolo equivalente (Geometra con comprovata esperienza manageriale rilevante).
  • Esperienza: 7-10 anni in ruoli di responsabilità nel settore della riqualificazione energetica, con focus specifico su cappotti termici ETICS, coperture e serramenti. Esperienza consolidata di gestione di team e di P&L in contesti di medio-grande dimensione.
  • Conoscenze tecniche: Norme UNI, sistemi ETICS, principali marchi di serramenti e materiali isolanti. Normativa fiscale sugli incentivi (Superbonus 110%, Ecobonus, Bonus Ristrutturazioni) e pratiche ENEA/asseverazioni.
  • Titoli preferenziali: Certificazione “Tecnico Esperto in Riqualificazione Energetica”, corsi specifici ETICS o BIM, esperienza come Dirigente o Responsabile di Business Unit, conoscenza del mercato post-PNRR.
  • Lingue: Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (preferibile).
  • Competenze informatiche: Buona padronanza di Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Primus, Edilclima e strumenti di gestione progetti.
  • Soft skills: Forte leadership, orientamento al risultato, capacità negoziali, problem solving strategico, comunicazione efficace, gestione del tempo, lavoro in team e adattabilità.
