La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di coordinare l'intero processo di realizzazione dei prototipi e dei capi speciali, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, delle tempistiche e dei costi definiti.

Responsabilità

  • Analizzare i progetti ricevuti dall'area commerciale e valutarne fattibilità tecnica, materiali e tempistiche di realizzazione.
  • Coordinare e organizzare le attività del reparto prototipia, distribuendo il lavoro in funzione delle competenze e dei carichi operativi.
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento delle commesse assicurando il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità.
  • Supervisione delle attività di sviluppo prodotto e industrializzazione, supportando il passaggio dalla fase prototipale alla produzione.
  • Coordinare le attività svolte da risorse interne ed esterne coinvolte nella realizzazione dei campioni.
  • Garantire la completezza della documentazione tecnica a supporto delle produzioni.
  • Collaborare quotidianamente con le funzioni Commerciale, Produzione e Operations per assicurare una gestione efficace delle commesse.
  • Supportare i reparti produttivi durante l'avvio di lavorazioni speciali o nuovi prodotti.
  • Gestire il team in termini di pianificazione attività, assenze e ferie.
  • Fornire aggiornamenti costanti sull'avanzamento dei progetti e sulle eventuali criticità.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza maturata in ruoli di Prototipia, Sviluppo Prodotto, Industrializzazione o Campionario all'interno di aziende del settore moda, tessile o manifatturiero.
  • Solida conoscenza dei processi di realizzazione del prodotto e delle relative lavorazioni.
  • Conoscenze di modellistica, confezione e industrializzazione.
  • Esperienza nel coordinamento di persone e nella gestione delle priorità operative.
  • Buona capacità di relazione con funzioni aziendali differenti e fornitori esterni.
  • Utilizzo dei principali strumenti informatici e gestionali di supporto allo sviluppo prodotto.
  • Approccio organizzato, orientamento alla qualità e capacità di problem solving.
