Notre client recherche un/une Responsable Administratif et Financier

Le Responsable Administratif et Financier assure la gestion financière, administrative et comptable de l’entreprise. Il garantit la fiabilité des comptes, la conformité réglementaire et accompagne la direction dans les décisions stratégiques

La / Le responsable administratif et Financier est sous la responsabilité directe du Directeur général. Elle / Il a des liens fonctionnels avec l’ensemble des services de l’usine ainsi qu’avec le groupe. Elle /Il a des liens fonctionnels avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

Responsabilités :

Gestion financière

• Élaborer et piloter le budget

• Suivre la trésorerie et optimiser les flux financiers

• Mettre en place des tableaux de bord et indicateurs alignés avec la stratégie group

• Analyser les écarts et proposer des actions

Comptabilité et fiscalité

• Superviser la comptabilité générale et analytique

• Garantir la fiabilité des comptes

• Établir les états financiers

•Assurer les déclarations fiscales

Gestion administrative

•Superviser les activités administratives

•Assurer la conformité réglementaire

•Gérer les contrats et obligations légales

• Encadrer l’équipe financière et administrative

• Organiser et coordonner les activités

• Développer les compétences des collaborateurs

Activités techniques

• Assurer le reporting mensuel et la clôture annuelle

• Suivre le niveau de trésorerie

• Piloter les partenaires externes

• Être l’interlocuteur des banques et du groupe

• Réaliser les déclarations obligatoires (TVA, etc.)

• Participer à l’élaboration du budget

• Assurer un rôle de référent fiscal local

• Participer aux projets groupe (SAP/S4U)

• Accompagner les changements organisationnels

Administratif / Social / Juridique

• Superviser l’administration et le juridique (AG…)

• Assurer les relations avec les institutions financières

• Produire les reportings

• Superviser la paie et les contrôles

• Assurer les déclarations sociales

Requirements

FORMATION

Formation de base

• Bac +5 minimum ou expérience équivalente (5 ans)

Formation complémentaire

• Normes comptables et fiscales mauriciennes – françaises

• Droit du travail

• Normes HSE & qualité

• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais

• Outils bureautiques et ERP

COMPETENCES ET QUALITES REQUISES

Savoir-faire / Technical Skills

• Finance, ERP, droit du travail, organisation, fiscalité (française et mauricienne)

Savoir-être / Soft Skills

• Autonomie, rigueur, leadership, adaptabilité, communication, esprit d’équipe
