Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recrutons un(e) Responsable Administratif et Financier.

Requirements

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous serez responsable de l'ensemble des fonctions administratives, financières et comptables de l'entreprise.

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Superviser la comptabilité générale, auxiliaire et analytique.
  • Garantir la fiabilité des états financiers et le respect des obligations fiscales, sociales et réglementaires.
  • Élaborer les budgets annuels et assurer le suivi budgétaire.
  • Produire les reportings financiers et les tableaux de bord destinés à la Direction.
  • Optimiser la gestion de la trésorerie et des flux financiers.
  • Superviser les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
  • Piloter les relations avec les banques, commissaires aux comptes, administrations et partenaires externes.
  • Mettre en place et améliorer les procédures de contrôle interne.
  • Accompagner les différents départements dans le suivi de leurs budgets et de leurs indicateurs de performance.
  • Encadrer et développer l'équipe administrative et financière.
  • Participer aux projets stratégiques et aux décisions de développement de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché

  • Bac+5 en Finance, Comptabilité, Audit ou Gestion.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
  • Solides connaissances en comptabilité, fiscalité et gestion financière.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et des outils de reporting.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur automobile, de la distribution ou du retail constitue un atout.
  • Capacité d'analyse, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Leadership, esprit d'équipe et aptitude à accompagner le changement.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication en français ; l'anglais est un plus.
