The posting

Nous recrutons pour le compte de l’un de nos clients, acteur reconnu du secteur financier, un(e) Responsable ALM basé(e) à Rabat.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière / Risques, vous aurez pour mission de piloter la gestion actif-passif de l’institution, d’assurer le suivi des risques de liquidité, de taux et de financement, et de contribuer à l’optimisation de la structure bilancielle.

Missions principales :

  • Piloter la gestion actif-passif : analyse des équilibres bilanciels, suivi des maturités, gaps de liquidité et exposition au risque de taux.
  • Produire, analyser et fiabiliser les indicateurs ALM : liquidité, refinancement, sensibilité aux taux, stress tests, ratios prudentiels et tableaux de bord.
  • Participer à la définition de la stratégie de refinancement et à l’optimisation du coût des ressources.
  • Préparer les supports des comités ALM, trésorerie et risques financiers.
  • Assurer le suivi des contraintes réglementaires et prudentielles liées à la liquidité, au taux et à la gestion bilancielle.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Finance, Trésorerie, Risques, Contrôle de gestion et Data afin d’améliorer les outils de pilotage.
  • Contribuer à la mise en place ou à l’amélioration des modèles d’analyse, de projection et de stress testing.

Requirements

  • Formation Bac+5 en finance, ingénierie financière, actuariat, statistiques, économie, banque/finance ou grande école de commerce/ingénieur.
  • Expérience confirmée en ALM, trésorerie, risques financiers, contrôle de gestion bancaire ou pilotage bilanciel.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur bancaire, financier, leasing, financement spécialisé, microfinance ou cabinet de conseil financier serait fortement appréciée.
  • Bonne maîtrise des notions de risque de liquidité, risque de taux, gaps, stress tests, refinancement, ratios prudentiels et analyse bilancielle.
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel ; la connaissance de Power BI, SQL, Python ou d’un outil ALM serait un plus.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, capacité de synthèse et aisance dans la préparation de supports de décision.
