Apave Cameroun recrute un(e) Responsable Commercial & Marketing pour le compte d'un acteur majeur opérant dans le secteur de l'agro-industrie.

Rattaché(e) directement à la Direction Générale, vous aurez pour mission de définir et de piloter la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise. Vous serez garant(e) de la performance commerciale en atteignant les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, en optimisant les équipes de vente sur le terrain, et en assurant la satisfaction et la fidélisation d'une clientèle exigeante.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Management de l'équipe commerciale : Vous encadrez, coachez et motivez l'équipe commerciale nationale et régionale. Vous organisez la répartition des zones, des portefeuilles clients et des responsabilités.
  • Suivi des performances et reporting : Vous mettez en place des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et des tableaux de bord. Vous analysez les résultats, identifiez les écarts avec les objectifs et proposez des actions correctives à la Direction Générale.
  • Développement et fidélisation : Vous entretenez des relations solides avec les clients stratégiques et les partenaires, tout en supervisant les négociations de contrats à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Coordination inter-services : Vous travaillez en synergie avec le service technique (pour la faisabilité des solutions), le marketing (campagnes et promotions) et la logistique (disponibilité des produits et délais).

Requirements

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience minimum dans la vente ou le management commercial, idéalement dans le secteur agricole ou technique.
  • Maîtrise de la vente en cycle long, pilotage de force de vente, analyse des performances (reporting) et solides connaissances techniques des produits/solutions agricoles.
  • Aptitudes personnelles : Leadership affirmé, orientation résultats, sens de l'initiative/proactivité, intégrité, rigueur, et capacité à gérer la pression et les enjeux stratégiques. Vous êtes dynamique, sociable et très organisé(e).
  • Langues : Français (langue maternelle) et Anglais (niveau avancé).
  • Informatique : Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels CRM.
