En tant que Responsable Communication Institutionnelle, vous serez en charge de concevoir, coordonner et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de communication de l’entreprise, tant en interne qu’en externe. Vous serez le garant de l'image de marque et de la réputation d'Interface, en veillant à ce que tous les messages reflètent nos valeurs et notre mission.

Principales missions :

  • Stratégie de communication :
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre un plan de communication globale en adéquation avec la vision de l'entreprise.
  • Analyser les besoins en communication et établir des recommandations stratégiques.
  • Gestion des contenus :
  • Rédiger et éditer des contenus variés (communiqués de presse, articles, rapports annuels) à destination des différentes parties prenantes.
  • Veiller à la pertinence et à la cohérence des messages diffusés.
  • Relations presse et médias :
  • Développer et entretenir des relations avec les médias, journalistes, et influenceurs.
  • Organiser des conférences, des interviews et des événements pour promouvoir l'entreprise.
  • Communication interne :
  • Favoriser la communication entre les différentes équipes et départements de l’entreprise.
  • Mettre en place des outils de communication interne pour informer et engager les employés.
  • Gestion de la réputation :
  • Surveiller et analyser l'image de marque de l'entreprise à travers les réseaux sociaux et les médias.
  • Développer des plans d'actions en cas de crise pour protéger l'image de l'entreprise.
  • Reporting et analyse :
  • Évaluer l'impact des actions de communication et en rendre compte à la direction.
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance pour les différentes actions de communication.

Requirements

  • Formation Bac+5 en communication, relations publiques ou domaine similaire
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement en entreprise ou en agence
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
  • Bonne connaissance des outils de communication digitale et des réseaux sociaux
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Créativité et sens de l'initiative
  • Compétences en gestion de crise et en relations publiques
  • Capacité d’analyse et bonne compréhension des enjeux médiatiques
