The posting

Établir les comptes IFRS individuels de la Société et de ses filiales :

• Analyser les données sociales pour s'assurer de la full compliance aux normes IFRS

• Collecter les inputs comptables et de gestion nécessaires à l'établissement des comptes IFRS

• S'assurer de la fiabilité des inputs reçus

• Remonter les anomalies soulevées aux entités émettrices

• Évaluer les impacts des retraitements IFRS à constater

• Intégrer les données sociales reçues et les retraitements IFRS évalués dans l'applicatif de consolidation

• Produire, pour le compte du Contrôle de Gestion, les impacts IFRS relatifs aux budgets prévisionnels

Établir les comptes IFRS consolidés du Groupe :

• Assurer la transition des comptes individuels des filiales vers les comptes consolidés du Groupe

• Établir les notes annexes aux états financiers

• Gérer la relation et les échanges techniques avec les commissaires aux comptes

Veille normative :

• Assurer une veille technique des nouvelles normes et amendements publiés par l'IASB

• Diffuser à la Direction Financière des bulletins d'information visant à vulgariser les normes IFRS appliquées et les changements normatifs ayant eu lieu

• Vérifier l'applicabilité des évolutions normatives aux comptes du Groupe

• Piloter les projets de leur mise en œuvre

Participer aux projets transverses menés au sein de la Direction Financière :

• Assister le Manager Consolidation et Projets dans la gestion des différents projets financiers qu'il pilote : TTM, évolutions IT, projets de digitalisation, benchmarks…

Requirements

Bac+5 en Finance, Comptabilité ou Audit (École de commerce, université ou équivalent).

Expérience requise Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en cabinet d'audit/expertise comptable, ou dans un poste équivalent en entreprise (consolidation, normes IFRS).
