Dans le cadre du renforcement de son organisation qualité, une entreprise industrielle spécialisée dans la transformation de produits de la mer recrute un Responsable Contrôle Qualité. Le poste est basé sur site industriel.

Mission générale

Le Responsable Contrôle Qualité est garant de la qualité, de la sécurité sanitaire et de la conformité réglementaire des produits, depuis la réception des matières premières jusqu’à l’expédition des produits finis.

Missions principales

  • Définir, mettre en œuvre et piloter le système de management de la qualité et de la sécurité alimentaire
  • Garantir le respect des normes et exigences réglementaires en vigueur (HACCP, ONSSA, ISO, IFS, BRC selon périmètre)
  • Superviser les contrôles qualité à toutes les étapes du processus de transformation
  • Gérer les non-conformités, incidents qualité et réclamations clients
  • Mettre en place, suivre et analyser les indicateurs qualité et de traçabilité
  • Élaborer et suivre les plans d’actions correctifs et préventifs
  • Préparer, accompagner et suivre les audits internes et externes
  • Sensibiliser, former et accompagner les équipes aux bonnes pratiques d’hygiène et de qualité
  • Assurer une veille réglementaire et normative continue
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes production, maintenance et logistique

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en qualité, agroalimentaire, biologie ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire, idéalement en industrie agroalimentaire / transformation de produits de la mer
  • Maîtrise des référentiels qualité et sécurité alimentaire (HACCP indispensable)
  • Bonne connaissance des exigences réglementaires locales et internationales
  • Rigueur, sens de l’analyse et capacité à gérer les priorités
  • Leadership, pédagogie et aisance relationnelle
  • Forte présence terrain et capacité à travailler en environnement industriel
