The posting

Nous recherchons un(e) responsable RH pour gérer les programmes de recrutement, formation et développement, et évaluation des performances des employés de notre société. Le/la responsable RH est notamment en charge de créer des programmes de recommandations, d'actualiser les politiques de RH et de superviser nos processus de recrutement. Pour réussir à ce poste, vous devrez avoir un parcours complet dans les services de ressources humaines et une excellente connaissance du Droit du travail. Pour résumer, vous prendrez des décisions stratégiques pour notre entreprise, qui pourra ainsi embaucher, développer et retenir des employés qualifiés.

Responsibilities

  • Concevoir les grilles de rémunération et les programmes d'avantages des salariés
  • Mettre en œuvre des procédures d'évaluation des performances (trimestrielles/annuelles, évaluations à 360°)
  • Élaborer des politiques RH équitables et s'assurer que les employés les comprennent et les respectent
  • Mettre en place des techniques de sourcing, pré-sélection et entretien efficaces
  • Évaluer les besoins de formation et coordonner les projets d'apprentissage et de développement pour tous les employés
  • Contrôler le budget du service RH
  • Jouer le rôle de point de contact pour toutes les questions de Droit du travail
  • Gérer les revendications des employés
  • Créer et diriger des programmes de primes de recommandation
  • Examiner les technologies RH actuelles et recommander des logiciels plus efficaces (y compris SIRH et ATS)
  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du service des RH

Requirements

  • Expérience professionnelle avérée en tant que responsable RH, Responsable RH ressources humaines ou à un poste similaire
  • Expérience de tout le cycle de recrutement
  • Bonne connaissance du Droit du travail (en particulier, contrats de travail, congés et assurances)
  • Master en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un autre domaine pertinent
