En Cambium.Build estamos construyendo la primera planta de producción de Mass Timber (CLT & GLT) de Argentina, en Gobernador Virasoro, Corrientes.

Buscamos un/a Responsable de Calidad y Laboratorio para garantizar que cada panel que sale de la planta cumpla con las especificaciones requeridas, y que la evidencia exista. Vas a operar el laboratorio de la planta, gobernar los protocolos de ensayo y trazabilidad, y liberar producto con total independencia de producción.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Operar el laboratorio de la planta (equipamiento europeo de última generación): ensayos de delaminación, cizallamiento de línea de cola, ensayos de flexión y medición de humedad, con registro completo por lote.
  • Definir y custodiar los protocolos de ensayo y la trazabilidad: qué se muestrea, con qué frecuencia, quién ensaya y cómo se registra.
  • Supervisar la toma de probetas por parte de los operarios y los ensayos delegados, manteniendo la segregación: nadie libera lo que él mismo produjo.
  • Liberar o bloquear lotes según resultados; gestionar no conformidades, disposición de producto no conforme y acciones correctivas.
  • Calibrar y controlar los instrumentos de medición de planta: medidores de humedad, verificación de presión de prensa, instrumental de laboratorio.
  • Controlar los parámetros críticos de proceso: gramaje y tiempo abierto de adhesivo, ciclos de prensado, condiciones de clima en planta.
  • Ser la contraparte técnica de los procesos de certificación: IRAM, EN 16351, clasificación estructural con organismos internacionales y camino a certificación de producto e ISO 9001.
  • Gestionar la documentación del sistema de calidad: registros, fichas técnicas, informes de ensayo y evidencia para auditorías.

Buscamos alguien que tenga

  • Formación técnica o universitaria en madera, química, materiales o calidad industrial.
  • Experiencia en laboratorio de ensayos o control de calidad de proceso.
  • Rigor metodológico y documental: el ensayo vale lo que vale su registro.
  • Criterio e independencia para bloquear producto no conforme, incluso bajo presión de producción.
  • Inglés técnico para trabajar con normas, fichas técnicas y contrapartes internacionales (proveedores de adhesivo, certificadores).

  • Conocimiento de normas de madera estructural (EN 16351, EN 15425, IRAM 9660/9662).
  • Experiencia en certificación de producto o sistemas ISO 9001.
  • Experiencia en industria de la madera, adhesivos o materiales de construcción.
