Vos missions :

- Partenaire stratégique pour vos clients 🤝

- Collaborez étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour devenir un conseiller de confiance.

- Pilotez les relations stratégiques avec vos clients, en comprenant leurs besoins et en proposant des solutions adaptées. Catalyseur de croissance 📈

- Identifiez et exploitez des opportunités d’upsell et de cross-sell pour développer le chiffre d’affaires et fidéliser les clients.

- Co-construisez des stratégies avec vos clients pour répondre à leurs besoins futurs. Gestion budgétaire et financière 💰 - Suivez et analysez les performances financières des projets dont vous avez la charge.

- Proposez des plans d’optimisation pour améliorer la rentabilité tout en garantissant une qualité de service irréprochable.

Requirements

Profil recherché :

• Diplômé d’une grande école de commerce, avec une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en consulting ou dans une fonction commerciale.

• Développement commercial : Maîtrise des techniques d’upsell et de cross-sell.

• Analyse financière : Aptitude à gérer des budgets et à suivre les KPIs.

• Langues : Vous maîtrisez les nuances de la langue de Shakespeare (B2), et de celle de Molière.

• Goût pour l'aventure : Vous appréciez les voyages et les échanges multiculturels. Ce poste vous offrira l’opportunité de rencontrer nos équipes opérationnelles et nos clients à travers toute la région FR : France, Maroc, Algérie, Tunisie, Bénin, Côte d’Ivoire, Sénégal, Madagascar, et Île Maurice. Ces déplacements représentent environ 20 % de votre temps de travail.
