The posting

Le Responsable des Études Design est garant de la qualité architecturale et technique des projets d'aménagement tertiaire et d'architecture. Il pilote les études de conception depuis l'expression du besoin jusqu'à la remise des dossiers d'exécution. Il encadre les équipes de conception, coordonne les différents intervenants et veille à la production de livrables conformes aux exigences des clients, aux normes techniques et aux objectifs de délais et de rentabilité.

Il est le référent Design de l'entreprise et contribue activement au développement de solutions innovantes, fonctionnelles et esthétiques.

Principales responsabilités

Conception architecturale

  • Concevoir des projets d'aménagement tertiaire (bureaux, espaces collaboratifs, commerces, showrooms, sièges sociaux, etc.).
  • Élaborer les concepts architecturaux et d'aménagement intérieur.
  • Traduire les besoins des clients en solutions fonctionnelles, esthétiques et innovantes.
  • Assurer le respect de l'identité visuelle et des standards de qualité de l'entreprise.

Pilotage des études

Piloter l'ensemble des phases de conception :

  • Relevés et analyse des sites
  • Programmation
  • Concept Design
  • APS
  • APD
  • Dossier de consultation des entreprises (DCE)
  • Dossiers d'exécution (EXE)
  • DOE (si applicable)

Garantir la cohérence technique et architecturale de chaque projet.

Production des livrables

Superviser et valider la production de l'ensemble des livrables :

  • Plans d'aménagement
  • Space Planning
  • Zoning
  • Plans techniques
  • Plans de plafonds
  • Plans de sols
  • Plans de mobilier
  • Détails d'exécution
  • Carnets de détails
  • Moodboards
  • Material Boards
  • Sélections des matériaux
  • Plans d'éclairage
  • Plans de signalétique
  • Perspectives 3D
  • Rendus photoréalistes
  • Présentations clients
  • Cahiers de prescriptions techniques
  • Estimations budgétaires des aménagements

Coordination des études

Coordonner les différents intervenants :

  • Architectes
  • Designers d'intérieur
  • Dessinateurs
  • BIM Modelers
  • BET Structure
  • BET Fluides (CVC, Électricité, Plomberie)
  • Économistes
  • Acousticiens
  • Bureaux de contrôle
  • Entreprises partenaires

Veiller à la bonne intégration des contraintes techniques dans les projets.

Relation client

  • Participer aux réunions de lancement.
  • Comprendre les besoins du client.
  • Présenter les concepts et les propositions d'aménagement.
  • Conseiller les clients dans leurs choix techniques et esthétiques.
  • Intégrer les remarques tout au long du projet.

Innovation et développement

  • Assurer une veille sur les nouvelles tendances du Workplace Design.
  • Développer des solutions innovantes en matière d'espaces de travail.
  • Participer à l'amélioration des standards internes de conception.
  • Contribuer aux réponses aux appels d'offres.

Profil recherché

Formation

  • Diplôme d'État d'Architecte
  • Une spécialisation en architecture d'intérieur ou design est un atout.

Expérience

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience.
  • Expérience confirmée dans l'aménagement tertiaire.
  • Expérience en architecture intérieure.
  • Expérience dans le pilotage de projets de conception.
  • Expérience en management d'équipe.
