Contrôle de la facturation B2B, B2C et Wholesale Data

· Facturation à blanc et réelle : mettre en place un Roadmap de contrôle des factures par le système Billing afin de bien vérifier la fiabilité des factures en tenant comptes des modifications d’offres, réclamations clients, activations, évolutions de système et des besoins Market. Suivre la résolution des anomalies avec le SI ;

· Envoi des factures : Piloter l’édition des factures chez l’imprimeur, l’envoi des SMS factures et l’envoi des Emails factures. S’assurer du respecter des délais et de la qualité des factures suivant les SLAs en vigueur par type d’envoi : SMS, Email, Poste. S’assurer de la réception des factures par les clients.

Contrôle de trafic et du parc postpayés B2B & B2C

· Garantir que tout le trafic est récolté et valorisé : superviser les rapprochements des tickets réseau aux données billing et élaborer un fichier de retour au SI pour investiguer et corriger les incohérences ;

· Garantir que tous les clients activés sur CRM sont bien facturés sur billing : à travers l’identification et le suivi de la mise en place de contrôles SI et RA afin s’assurer de l’exhaustivité des factures billing.

Gestion de la mise en place des nouvelles offres, promotions et marchés B2B

· Participation aux TTMs, aux projets transverses, afin d’identifier et communiquer les impacts facturation et les améliorations à mettre en place au niveau des systèmes et process ;

· Accompagner les commerciaux B2B dans les appels et les acquisitions des nouveaux marchés, afin de gérer les besoins de facturation clients en amant et de s’assurer de la conformité de la facture par rapport aux besoins clients.

Génération des tableaux de bord mensuel

· Consolidation, analyse et remonté des KPIs relatifs à l’activité

Requirements

  • Bac + 4/5 en économie/ école de Commerce & gestion
  • 5 à 6 ans d’expériences dans la facturation à gros volume ou la finance (de préférence chez un opérateur)
  • Maîtrise de la facturation (conformité légale et fiscale : TVA, délai de paiement…)
  • Leadership et gestion d’équipe
  • Rigueur et organisation
  • Esprit analytique et orientation résultats
  • Capacité à communiquer avec les autres départements
  • Gestion du stress et des délais
