The posting

En tant que Responsable Moyens Généraux chez Interface, vous serez chargé de la gestion et l'optimisation des ressources matérielles et techniques nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la mise en place et le suivi des procédures d'approvisionnement, de maintenance et d'organisation des locaux.

Principales missions :

  • Gestion des Achats :
  • Évaluer les besoins en fournitures et équipements, en collaboration avec les différents services de l'entreprise.
  • Rechercher des fournisseurs, discuter des conditions d'achat et négocier les contrats.
  • Gestion de l'Infrastructure :
  • Organiser et superviser la maintenance des locaux, ainsi que des équipements.
  • Assurer la conformité des installations avec les normes de sécurité et d’accessibilité.
  • Optimisation des Coûts :
  • Analyser les dépenses et proposer des solutions pour optimiser les coûts opérationnels.
  • Mettre en place des procédures administratives visant à améliorer l’efficacité des ressources.
  • Gestion de Projets :
  • Participer à des projets d'aménagement des locaux en coordination avec les équipes internes et externes.
  • Suivre l'avancement des projets, gérer les budgets et assurer le respect des délais.
  • Encadrement d'équipe :
  • Encadrer le personnel de l'équipe des moyens généraux, organiser leur travail et assurer leur formation.
  • Favoriser la communication entre les différents services en lien avec les moyens généraux.

Requirements

  • Formation Bac+5 minimum, idéalement en gestion des infrastructures ou management.
  • Expérience significative (5 ans minimum) dans un poste similaire.
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation et gestion de fournisseurs.
  • Connaissance des réglementations en matière de sécurité et d’accessibilité.
  • Capacité à gérer des projets de manière autonome.
  • Compétences en analyse budgétaire et optimisation des coûts.
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens des priorités.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels de gestion.
