Missions principales :

En tant que Conducteur de Travaux freelance spécialisé dans les lots architecturaux et le second œuvre, vous serez responsable de la bonne exécution des projets de construction ou de rénovation, en respectant les délais, la qualité et les budgets définis.

Vos missions incluront notamment :

  • Planifier, organiser et superviser les travaux des lots architecturaux et du second œuvre (plâtrerie, menuiserie, peinture, revêtements, cloisons, sols techniques, etc.).
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants (sous-traitants, artisans, fournisseurs) et assurer une communication efficace entre le client, le bureau d’études et les équipes terrain.
  • Contrôler la conformité technique des travaux par rapport aux plans, normes et cahiers des charges.
  • Suivre l’avancement du chantier, anticiper les problématiques et proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Assurer le respect strict des règles de sécurité sur site et des normes environnementales.
  • Gérer le reporting régulier auprès du client ou du maître d’ouvrage (rapports d’avancement, photos, comptes-rendus de chantier).
  • Participer à la réception des travaux et à la levée des réserves.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée de minimum 6 ans en conduite de travaux dans les lots architecturaux et le second œuvre.
  • Excellente connaissance des techniques de construction et des matériaux.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de chantier et logiciels techniques (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, etc.).
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter les plans architecturaux et techniques.
  • Qualités relationnelles et sens de la communication pour coordonner efficacement les équipes et les partenaires.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers simultanément et à travailler dans des environnements exigeants.
