Missions principales

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, le/la Responsable QHSE est garant(e) de la définition, du déploiement et de l'amélioration continue de la politique Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement de l'entreprise. Il/Elle veille au respect des exigences réglementaires et des référentiels internationaux afin de garantir la sécurité des personnes, des installations et la protection de l'environnement.

Qualité

  • Définir et déployer le système de management de la qualité.
  • Mettre en œuvre, maintenir et améliorer les normes ISO (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Élaborer et suivre les procédures, processus et indicateurs de performance.
  • Préparer et piloter les audits internes et externes.
  • Assurer le suivi des actions correctives et préventives.

Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement

  • Développer et déployer la politique HSE conformément aux exigences du secteur pétrolier.
  • Identifier, analyser et évaluer les risques professionnels et environnementaux.
  • Mettre en place les plans de prévention et les procédures de sécurité.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires nationales et internationales.
  • Réaliser les inspections HSE sur les sites.
  • Superviser la gestion des incidents, accidents et presque-accidents.
  • Piloter les enquêtes d'accidents et assurer le suivi des plans d'actions.
  • Élaborer et suivre les plans d'urgence et les exercices de simulation.

Sensibilisation et Culture HSE

  • Développer une véritable culture HSE au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Concevoir et animer les campagnes de sensibilisation.
  • Organiser les formations HSE obligatoires.
  • Accompagner les managers dans l'application des règles de sécurité.
  • Développer les démarches de prévention et les programmes de sécurité comportementale (Behavior Based Safety).

Pilotage et Reporting

  • Définir les KPI QHSE et assurer leur suivi.
  • Présenter les tableaux de bord à la Direction Générale.
  • Assurer la veille réglementaire.
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue.
  • Piloter les certifications et renouvellements des systèmes de management.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Génie Industriel, Génie des Procédés, HSE ou équivalent).
  • Minimum 7 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Expérience impérative dans le secteur pétrolier, parapétrolier, gazier ou une industrie à risques.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la mise en place et le déploiement des référentiels ISO 9001, ISO 14001 et ISO 45001.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la réglementation HSE applicable au secteur des hydrocarbures.
  • Expérience en conduite d'audits internes et externes.
  • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse des risques (HAZOP, AMDEC/FMEA, arbre des causes, etc.) est un atout.
