The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement des activités de Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO) navale pour un client du secteur maritime, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Technique Plateforme.

Missions principales

Management opérationnel de l’équipe technique

  • Interface privilégiée des superintendants basés à Brest et en Outre-Mer
  • Coordination technique globale de la flotte
  • Animation des échanges techniques avec les équipes locales et partenaires
  • Pilotage des ressources techniques et de l’information

Disponibilité navires et arrêts techniques

  • Préparation et supervision des arrêts techniques majeurs et intermédiaires
  • Coordination des sous-traitants en lien avec le service Achats
  • Analyse des pannes et avaries, proposition de solutions techniques et suivi de mise en œuvre
  • Planification et coordination des travaux à bord avec les équipes terrain
  • Rédaction de documents techniques (programmes d’essais, comptes rendus, dossiers de suivi)
  • Suivi des objectifs qualité / coûts / délais
  • Contribution aux retours d’expérience et à l’amélioration continue

Appels d’offres

  • Contribution à l’analyse technique des chiffrages et propositions
  • Appui à l’identification des risques techniques
  • Support au Responsable Ingénierie MCO dans la cohérence des offres

Requirements

  • Expérience en conduite ou essais d’installations techniques navales (militaire ou civil) ou formation équivalente
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes de propulsion (diesels, lignes propulsives, groupes électrogènes)
  • Expérience en maîtrise de chantier en construction ou réparation navale
  • Capacité à piloter planning, coordination et ressources
  • Rigueur, organisation et autonomie
  • Une connaissance du secteur maritime défense est un plus
