What You'll Do

  • Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Make personalized recommendations and upsell menu items confidently.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Prepare and set up the restaurant before service and maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Support any additional operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Prior F&B experience is an advantage, but candidates with no experience and a great attitude are welcome to apply.
