Il Ruolo Entrerai a far parte di un reparto Food & Beverage dinamico e altamente qualificato, supportando il management nella gestione operativa quotidiana del ristorante e contribuendo a garantire standard di servizio impeccabili.

Il/La Restaurant Manager sarà un punto di riferimento per il team di sala e si occuperà di:

• Supportare nella supervisione del servizio e delle operazioni quotidiane del ristorante • Coordinare il team di sala durante i servizi, assicurando fluidità operativa e massima attenzione all’esperienza dell’ospite • Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure aziendali proprie dell’hotellerie di lusso • Gestire l’accoglienza degli ospiti, intervenendo con professionalità nella gestione di eventuali richieste o criticità • Collaborare con cucina, bar e altri reparti per assicurare un servizio efficiente e ben coordinato • Monitorare mise en place, presentazione degli ambienti e qualità del servizio durante tutte le fasi operative • Supportare nella pianificazione dei turni e nell’organizzazione del personale di sala in base alle esigenze operative • Formazione, motivazione e crescita del team • Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di qualità, soddisfazione ospite e performance del reparto F&B • Supervisionare il rispetto delle normative HACCP e degli standard di sicurezza sul lavoro

Il Profilo Cerchiamo professionisti con:

• Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo o in posizioni similari all’interno di hotel 4/5 stelle o ristoranti fine dining • Ottime capacità organizzative e di coordinamento operativo • Forte orientamento all’ospite e attenzione ai dettagli • Leadership, problem solving e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e ad alto standard qualitativo • Ottime doti relazionali e spirito di squadra • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e francese

Conoscenza delle dinamiche operative Food & Beverage e sensibilità verso il servizio di lusso
