Per un'esclusiva struttura internazionale, rinomata per l'attenzione all'esperienza dell'ospite, ricerchiamo un Restaurant Supervisor per il dipartimento F&B.

Il ruolo combina il coordinamento del servizio con un'impronta fortemente operativa: una figura di riferimento per la squadra, capace di gestire le dinamiche di sala direttamente sul campo e di trasmettere standard elevati in modo naturale.

Cerchiamo un professionista abituato ad ambienti strutturati, capace di coniugare il garbo nell'accoglienza, la prontezza nel problem solving e una spiccata collaborazione tra i diversi reparti.

Requirements

Responsabilità:

  • Coordinare operativamente il team di sala durante i servizi, garantendo organizzazione, fluidità e rispetto degli standard qualitativi.
  • Affiancare il Restaurant Manager nella gestione quotidiana della squadra, supportando inserimento, formazione e crescita delle risorse.
  • Essere un punto di riferimento per il personale durante il servizio, intervenendo con autonomia nella gestione delle priorità e delle situazioni operative.
  • Curare direttamente la relazione con gli ospiti, con particolare attenzione alle richieste personalizzate e alle esigenze di una clientela internazionale.
  • Favorire una collaborazione efficace tra sala, cucina e bar, contribuendo alla corretta gestione dei tempi e dell'esperienza complessiva.

Cosa Cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di supervisione di sala maturata in hotel di lusso, resort o realtà ristorative strutturate di livello.
  • Capacità di guidare una squadra mantenendo un approccio concreto, collaborativo e presente durante il servizio.
  • Ottime competenze relazionali e forte orientamento all'ospite.
  • Autonomia nella gestione delle situazioni operative e capacità di mantenere precisione anche nei momenti di maggiore intensità.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con reparti diversi.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese.

Contratto: Inserimento iniziale a tempo determinato con concreta prospettiva di continuità per la stagione 2027

CCNL di riferimento: Turismo, 2° livello.

Retribuzione: RAL nel range 35.000 - 38.000 €, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze maturate.
