The posting

The Retail Inventory Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving product availability, sales readiness, and inventory efficiency across STIIIZY’s retail operations. This role acts as the operational bridge between forecasting, procurement, and cross-functional teams—including merchandising, operations, marketing, and finance. The Planning Coordinator ensures the right product is in the right place, at the right time, without overstocking or creating dead inventory. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, this role blends analytical planning with real-time coordination and supplier management. This role requires a strong data-focused skill set, including high-volume data entry, Excel proficiency, and basic data analysis to support accurate inventory tracking and reporting. At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

This position is a full-time role at $23.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Allocation & Inventory Management

  • Plan and manage inventory allocation for promos, product launches, and seasonal pushes.

  • Support vendor onboarding, ensuring documentation, compliance, and training are in place.
  • Manage vendor delivery timelines to align with internal demand forecasts and marketing calendars.
  • Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs like on-time delivery, defect rates, and responsiveness.
  • Assist the Procurement Manager in sourcing, contract negotiations, and renewals.
  • Proactively flag vendor risks or delays and support mitigation plans.

Cross-Functional Planning & Communication

  • Lead planning syncs between merchandising, operations, accounting, and marketing.
  • Maintain project timelines and update stakeholders on key milestones.
  • Document planning assumptions, risks, and shifts in forecast.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as SKU rationalization, new product rollout, or store expansions.
  • Ensure planning documents and trackers are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all relevant teams.
  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
