Start Club is seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key player in our retail operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to connect with customers. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of store presentation. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience
  • Provide in-depth knowledge about products and services to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the product displays
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals and targets
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and monitoring product levels
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support overall store performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves
  • Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, positive attitude when dealing with customers
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized store environment
