RituAli, brand di Ali Professional specializzato nel settore dell’Hotellerie di Lusso, ricerca un/a Area Revenue Executive – South Italy per un importante gruppo alberghiero italiano, con sede di lavoro a Roma.

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del Revenue Management Team e, riportando direttamente all’Area Director of Revenue Management, contribuirà alla massimizzazione dei ricavi e della redditività delle strutture dell’area South Italy.

Responsabilità

  • Revenue Management e Pricing: definizione degli obiettivi e implementazione di strategie tariffarie, promozioni e politiche di vendita per massimizzare ricavi e redditività.
  • Analisi e Reporting: elaborazione di report e analisi delle performance, monitoraggio dei competitor e del posizionamento tariffario.
  • Distribution e Rate Integrity: gestione dei canali distributivi e monitoraggio della coerenza delle tariffe tra segmenti e piattaforme.
  • Collaborazione e Stakeholder Management: gestione dei rapporti con gli interlocutori interni e collaborazione con i diversi reparti per migliorare le performance e promuovere la cultura del Revenue Management.

Cosa Cerchiamo

  • Autentica passione per il mondo dell’Hospitality.
  • Esperienza pregressa in ambito Revenue Management nel settore alberghiero.
  • Approccio fortemente analitico e strategico, con comprovata conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi.
  • La conoscenza dei mercati di Roma e Napoli costituisce un plus.
  • La conoscenza dei sistemi Opera, IDeaS, SynXis e TravelClick rappresenta un plus.
  • Forte orientamento al problem solving e capacità di trasformare le criticità in opportunità.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue straniere costituisce un plus.

  • RAL indicativa: €27.000 – €31.000.
