  • Verify inventory, RMA documentation, shipping labels, and supporting paperwork while ensuring all merchandise is handled with care and meets quality, security, and accuracy standards.
  • Maintain organized inventory locations, staging areas, and workstations to support safe and efficient daily operations.
  • Support multiple Reverse functions based on daily operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, damaged merchandise, or process concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, quality, and workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Quality Control, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Inventory Control, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Consistently meet productivity, quality, accuracy, and service-level expectations while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Support department initiatives, inventory counts, continuous improvement projects, and other operational responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • One (1) or more years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, retail operations, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, inventory management, returns processing, RMA handling, or order fulfillment preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment is a plus.
  • Jewelry, luxury goods, or e-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
