In den nächsten Jahren folgen über 100 weitere Standorte in Europa. Neben unseren Studios wächst auch unser E-Commerce mit eigenen Self-Care-Produkten stark weiter.

Deine Kernaufgaben:

  • Empfang & Betreuung: Begrüßung und persönliche Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Gäste in einem exklusiven Spa- & Wellnessambiente.
  • Beratung & Buchungen: Kompetente Beratung zu unseren Massagen und Selfcare-Angeboten, inkl. spontaner Buchungen und Support-Anfragen. Du arbeitest sicher mit unserem CMS-System zur Termin- und Kundenverwaltung.
  • Verkauf & Upselling: Aktiver Verkauf von Gutscheinen, Soulhouse Produkten und Special Editions. Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und nutzt gezielt Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale (z. B. durch passende Produkt-Bundles, exklusive Add-ons oder saisonale Specials).
  • Produktpräsentation & Verkaufsförderung: Mitgestaltung unserer stilvollen Produktpräsentation im Studio und Unterstützung bei Verkaufsaktionen, Bundles und Promotionkampagnen.
  • Qualitätsmanagement & Studioablauf: Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Empfang, kümmerst dich um die Studio-Organisation und achtest auf ein gepflegtes, einladendes Ambiente.

Requirements

Was du mitbringst:

  • Ausgeprägter Servicegedanke und Leidenschaft für Wellness & Beauty
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Erfahrung in der Gästebetreuung (mind. 1 Jahr)
  • Organisatorisches Talent und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit iOS und ein gepflegtes, professionelles Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und modernen KI-Anwendungen im Arbeitsalltag
  • Du bist kommunikativ, aufgeschlossen und überzeugst durch deine freundliche Art
