Ali Professional ricerca per conto del Dipartimento R&D di Cosmint un/una Applied Research Specialist – Stick & Poured, da inserire attraverso un innovativo percorso IFTS integrato con un contratto di apprendistato duale della durata di un anno.

Un percorso che combina formazione e lavoro, permettendoti di acquisire competenze tecniche specialistiche, essere affiancato/a da professionisti del settore e costruire fin da subito la tua professionalità nel mondo della Ricerca & Sviluppo cosmetica.

Durante il percorso lavorerai a fianco di tecnici e professionisti esperti, alternando formazione in aula e attività pratica in azienda. Avrai l'opportunità di conoscere e approfondire le diverse fasi del processo di sviluppo cosmetico, dalla ricezione del brief alla formulazione, dalla preparazione dei campioni all'esecuzione dei test, fino al trasferimento delle informazioni necessarie per lo scale up industriale.

Durante il percorso ti occuperai di:

  • Eseguire prove e test di laboratorio;
  • Sviluppare formulazioni sulla base dei brief ricevuti;
  • Preparare campioni e proposte per i clienti, rispettando le tempistiche concordate con i Project Manager;
  • Reperire le materie prime necessarie alle attività di laboratorio;
  • Garantire la corretta tracciabilità delle informazioni tecniche attraverso i sistemi aziendali in uso;
  • Eseguire e monitorare i test di stabilità e compatibilità relativi ai progetti assegnati;
  • Aggiornare le formulazioni sulla base delle indicazioni e dei feedback ricevuti dai clienti;
  • Trasferire le informazioni tecniche ai Team di Scale Up secondo le modalità e le procedure previste.

Nel corso dell'esperienza avrai modo di approfondire anche attività legate alla gestione tecnica e documentale dei progetti, tra cui:

  • Stesura e aggiornamento delle formulazioni attraverso i sistemi Devex e Technics;
  • Preparazione e gestione dei campioni;
  • Reperimento delle materie prime;
  • Inserimento e aggiornamento delle informazioni relative agli esperimenti e alle formulazioni;
  • Gestione della documentazione tecnica collegata ai progetti, inclusi test di Challenge, Patch, Efficacy, Stability e Compatibility;
  • Confronto con Project Manager e Marketing per la valutazione degli schemi formulativi e delle proposte relative ai brief dei clienti;
  • Esecuzione degli aggiornamenti di formulazione concordati con i clienti.

Requirements

Cerchiamo diplomati della scuola secondaria di secondo grado o neolaureati in chimica o percorsi affini, interessati a intraprendere un percorso professionale nel mondo della cosmetica e della Ricerca & Sviluppo.
