We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across guest rooms while providing attentive service in line with hotel and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and support areas according to hotel standards.
  • Check the overall condition of rooms and report any damages, issues or shortages.
  • Follow all cleaning, hygiene and safe use procedures for cleaning products.
  • Use and care for cleaning equipment, trolleys and supplies correctly.
  • Follow the Lost & Found procedure for items found in guest rooms.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping Supervisors and other departments to support guest needs.
  • Respond to guest requests and follow all hotel hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Basic education.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a four- or five-star hotel will be considered an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene procedures, hotel equipment and cleaning machines.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional, discreet and respectful approach, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different cultures and nationalities.
