Η θέση Room Service αφορά την παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσιών room service, σύμφωνα με τα standards του Casa Cook Samos, με στόχο τη μέγιστη ικανοποίηση των επισκεπτών και τη δημιουργία μιας ξεχωριστής εμπειρίας φιλοξενίας.

Requirements

  • Παράδοση παραγγελιών room service με επαγγελματισμό και συνέπεια
  • Μεταφορά παραγγελιών με τη χρήση αμαξιδίου γκολφ εντός του ξενοδοχειακού χώρου
  • Παρουσίαση φαγητού και ποτών σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου
  • Ανεφοδιασμός mini bar και έλεγχος
  • Διατήρηση υψηλών προτύπων καθαριότητας και υγιεινής
  • Άμεση και ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση των αιτημάτων των επισκεπτών
  • Συνεργασία με την κουζίνα και το F&B τμήμα για την ομαλή λειτουργία του service

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχείο 4* ή 5*
  • Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών service
  • Κατοχή άδειας οδήγησης και ικανότητα οδήγησης αμαξιδίου γκολφ (απαραίτητη)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών
  • Ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμός και προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
