un/a RSPP (Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) per due consolidate realtà industriali partne facente parte dello stesso gruppo (una settore edilizia/materiali da costruzione, l'altra settore trasporti e logistica), che contano complessivamente circa 250 dipendenti.

La ricerca nasce dalla volontà delle aziende di internalizzare la gestione della sicurezza, affidando la funzione a un professionista dedicato che possa presidiare direttamente i processi e i cantieri/stabilimenti sul territorio.

La figura si occuperà esclusivamente della gestione della Sicurezza sul Lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08) per le due realtà aziendali, operando sia dalle sedi operative sia tramite presidio itinerante.

Nello specifico, le responsabilità comprenderanno:

  • Gestione, aggiornamento e redazione dei Documenti di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR, POS, DUVRI e procedure di sicurezza specifiche per i settori edilizia e trasporti/logistica);
  • Sopralluoghi periodici e monitoraggio della sicurezza presso le sedi aziendali, i cantieri e i poli logistici sul territorio;
  • Organizzazione ed erogazione/coordinamento della formazione e informazione ai lavoratori in materia di salute e sicurezza;
  • Gestione dei rapporti con gli enti di controllo (ATS/ASL, Ispettorato del Lavoro, Vigili del Fuoco, ecc.), il Medico Competente e i RLS;
  • Definizione e monitoraggio dei piani di miglioramento aziendali e della gestione dei DPI;
  • Analisi di infortuni, mancati incidenti (near miss) e definizione delle relative azioni correttive.

Requirements

  • Abilitazione al ruolo di RSPP ai sensi del D.Lgs. 81/08 (Ateco di riferimento per Edilizia/Costruzioni e Trasporti/Logistica);
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di RSPP maturata in settori complessi quali edilizia, cantieristica, produzione materiali da costruzione o trasporti/logistica;
  • Approfondita conoscenza della normativa vigente in materia di salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro;
  • Disponibilità a spostamenti frequenti sul territorio tra le province di Treviso, Pordenone e aree limitrofe;
  • Forte attitudine alla presenza "in campo", buone capacità relazionali, doti di mediazione e autorevolezza.
