In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle in der operativen Seefrachtabwicklung und tragen dazu bei, dass Sendungen reibungslos, termingerecht und serviceorientiert gesteuert werden. Sie arbeiten an zentralen Schnittstellen der internationalen Logistik, stehen im Austausch mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern und sorgen mit Ihrer sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise für einen stabilen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.

Responsibilities

  • Koordination und Abwicklung von Importsendungen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Fracht-, Zoll- und Versanddokumenten
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Reedereien, Airlines, Partnern und Behörden
  • Überwachung von Sendungsterminen sowie Bearbeitung von Abweichungen
  • Erstellung von Abrechnungen und Pflege relevanter Versanddaten im System

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Importabwicklung .
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Kunden, Reedereien, Partnern sowie Zoll- oder anderen Behörden.
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die internationale Korrespondenz.
  • Gültige Berechtigung, in Deutschland zu arbeiten.
  • Erfahrung mit AS400 oder WebCargo sowie mit Cargo Wise 1 ist von Vorteil.
